This episode, Mike and Geoff use Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan to discuss the need for waivers when filming live events, the common law right to privacy, and the statutory right to publicity. The case discussed is Bosley v. WildWetT.Com, 310 F. Supp. 2d 914 (N.D. Ohio 2004).
Notably, the guys manage to entirely avoid discussing Rudy Giuliani, which is sure to be a disappointment to someone who so loves being the center of attention.
Oh, and a shout out to the great people at Unchained at Last, an organization working tirelessly to end forced and child marriage in the United States.
